Hoot Visibility and Making Posts Private/Public - Updated 2020

How to adjust the privacy of your Hoots from your Admin board.

Start by clicking the ‘Settings’ tab. Select the ‘Security’ link. 

From there you can click the ‘Hoot Visibility’ and select from 3 different default settings. 

You can also adjust the privacy setting of each hoot at the Post Hoot level. Start by selecting ‘Post Here’ 

After you fill out the Hoot content, you will be directed to the ‘Add Collections’ screen. There you can click on the ‘Hoot Visibility’ you desire to have. From there you’ll post your Hoot.
