How the Visitor Information is Collected

The process is simple and seamless for your visitors.

When a visitor uses the PhotoBooth to take a selfie and emails it to themselves, they are then presented with a short, optional survey. The survey asks three simple questions:

Where are you traveling from?
How many people are you traveling with?
What is the purpose of your visit? (Business / Leisure)

Since the survey is optional, visitors can easily skip it if they choose.

How to View Your Visitor Analytics

All the collected survey data is organized into easy-to-understand graphs and charts on your "Know Your Visitors" dashboard.

From your HootBoard admin menu, navigate to the Analytics section.
Click on Know Your Visitors to open the dashboard.

Here, you will see a complete visual breakdown of your visitor demographics.

Important: This is a Paid Add-On Feature

Please note that Know Your Visitors is a premium analytics feature. To access this dashboard and start collecting these valuable visitor insights, you will need to subscribe to it as an add-on for your HootBoard account.
