How to Delete a HootBoard - Updated 2020

Admins of boards can delete boards in a few easy steps. Before you delete your board, you will have to make sure your board meets the following criteria:

• Your board is NOT a sub-board of another board
• Your board does not have any sub-boards. Read here on how to remove sub-boards
• Your board is not actively subscribed to a premium plan
• Your board does not have any active screens. 

Once you have verified your board has met this criteria, you can delete your board as follows:

Select the ‘Settings’ tab on your board. And click on ‘Info’

In the lower right hand corner you will see a button that says ‘Delete board.’ Click on this and follow the instructions to delete your board.
