How to Locate your Screen IDs

Here is a quick overview video that shows you where to identify the important Screen ID information for interactive screens and digital signage. 

• Step 1: Start by clicking on screens

• Step 2: Click 'Interactive Screens' 

Here is where you will find the screen ID. The  “Add Interactive Screen” button is enabled only if there are licenses available. More licenses are available for purchases if needed. 

Here you will see that the screen id and it's correlating screen name. You can only use one screen ID for one screen. So if you use it, it won't be available for multiple screens. 

• Step 3: Click Click 'Digital Signage'

If you have any digital signage screens, this is where you would identify any of those IDs and corresponding Screen Names. Here is what it looks like.
