How to create a HootBoard Screen ID to pair your HootBoard account to a HootBoard ready screen?

About Screen Ids:

HootBoard screen ids is how you can "pull" content from your HootBoard account from the cloud to your HootBoard Interactive Kiosk hardware. A screen id can only be used once. So if a screen id is in use on a kiosk, you will have to create another screen id for your other kiosks. Additionally, if a screen id is deleted, you will need to create a new screen id an pair it to your kiosk hardware. 

Creating a screen ID is now free but your HootBoard interactive and digital signage screen licenses are tied to the screen-id. If the screen id is deleted for any reason, the licenses will be released to the common pool and you will have to re-apply them to the screen-id. 

Creating a Screen ID:

Step 1: You need to be a HootBoard account administrator to do this step. Click on "Screens" to begin

Step 2: For interactive screens click on "Interactive Screens" tab and then click on "Add Interactive Screen". Follow instructions.  

Step 3: Apply / Reapply premium licenses to avoid usage blocks for your end users.
