If you are using a hootboard kiosk, this feature tracks visitor data and displays it in easy-to-read charts. Use these insights to improve customer experiences, adjust promotions, or simply learn more about your audience. Here’s what the feature includes:
1. Visitors Intent: Business vs Leisure
Learn why people visit your location. This shows the number of visitors traveling for business or leisure, helping you tailor services.
2. Visitors Locations
See where your visitors are coming from locally, nationally, or internationally.
Use this to:
- Adjust marketing strategies for your most common demographics.
3. Group Sizes
Understand whether visitors arrive alone, in pairs, or in larger groups.
This helps you:
- Optimize seating or layouts for common group sizes.
- Offer group discounts or family-friendly promotions.

How to Enable “Know Your Visitors”
- Log into your HootBoard dashboard.

Note: The "Know Your Visitors" feature works only with Pro or Pro Plus screens. Free screens will not capture data, users must have an active Pro/Pro Plus license and a "Know Your Visitors" subscription.
