This happens when the PC on the kiosk is NOT turned on but the screen is on. The best way to turn the PC on is to use the remote provided.
Use the PC button on the remote to turn on the PC and wait 2-3 minutes till the PC boots up.
The second method is to turn on using the PC button on the back of the screen. This is typically a red round button on the back of the Glide screens, and a small black button on the OPS (Computer unit) on the Air.
If this doesn't work, press the "Input" button on the remote and cycle through options. The option we want is OPS.

1. Picture of the screen from the front.
2. Picture of the screen from the back (full body)
3. Picture of the screen with back PC door open.
4. Picture of the white label on the back of the screen if available.
Please leave the screen turned on while we are troubleshooting. One of our engineers can try to see if it's online.
