Installation (TL;DR Version)
HootBoard Kiosk Simulator for Windows is the easiest and quickest way to test out or setup The HootBoard experience on a Windows-based device. The two-step process is as follows.
Step 1. Download the latest version of the HB Kiosk Software OR HB Digital Signage software as appropriate.
Step 2. Unzip the downloaded file & click on HootBoardScreens.exe (for Kiosks) or HootBoardSignage.exe (for Signage). Required HD Screen dimensions (1920x1280px).
Step 3. Enter Screen ID. Please note that the Screen IDs expire after first use. If your screen id is already in use elsewhere, you will have to create a new screen id (or delete old one and create as needed).
More detailed instructions available here for the Kiosk OS & Digital Signage.
