You've probably already read our knowledge article on How to Use Your HootBoard Analytics Dashboard but today we'd like to walk you through one section in particular. At the bottom of the Analytics Dashboard you'll find a section of data with a dropdown that allows you to select a specific metric. Below is a list of these metrics and a definition of each. As with any of the sections on our Analytics Dashboard, you can select a daily, weekly, or monthly time period over which to review these metrics.
- Overall Engagement: The number of engagement units used by your board and kiosk (if applicable) in the time period selected
- Board Followed: The number of users who have followed your board or kiosk (if applicable) in the time period selected
- Viewed Board App: The number of times an app has been viewed on mobile in the time period selected
- Hoot Commented: The number of times a comment has been added to a hoot in the time period selected
- Session Started: The number of times a session has been started on the kiosk in the time period selected
- Session Ended: The number of times a session has been ended on the kiosk in the time period selected
- Viewed Hoot Display Page: The number of times a single hoot detail page has been viewed in the time period selected
- Viewed HootBoard Info Page: The number of times the info page of your HootBoard has been viewed in the time period selected
- Viewed HootBoard Page: The number of times the main page of your HootBoard has been viewed in the time period selected
- Viewed Calendar Page: The number of times the calendar page of your HootBoard has been viewed in the time period selected
- Notification Clicked: The number of times a notification email has been clicked in the time period selected
- Notification Opened: The number of times a notification email has been opened in the time period selected
- Hoot Posted: The number of hoots that have been posted in the time period selected
