How do I manage my email notifications?

On HootBoard there are two levels of Email Notifications.  There are emails you receive for actions you take on HootBoard such as posting a hoot or a comment.  The second level of emails you receive are updates from boards that you follow or are a member of you. Here's how you can modify both.
